For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of working alongside hundreds of couples and wedding professionals, giving me a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on what truly makes a wedding successful.
When we meet, my job isn't to sell you on vendors or convince you to spend more money. It's to listen, understand your vision, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions with confidence.
Every consultation is complimentary, personalized, and completely centered around you. We'll talk through your priorities, your style, your budget, and what's most important to you as a couple.
From there, I'll help you curate and build the right vendor team for your wedding. In many cases, that means recommending trusted RM Wedding Consulting professionals. But if the perfect fit isn't part of our network, we'll gladly help you find them. We'll spend the time researching, making calls, and tracking down the right people because this isn't just about promoting our team, it's about helping you find your team.
Our goal is simple: to help you enjoy the wedding planning process instead of feeling overwhelmed by it, knowing every recommendation is made with your best interests in mind.

From the moment you connect with RMWC, Melissa works behind the scenes to ensure every interaction is welcoming, organized, and seamless. She coordinates communication, supports our couples throughout their journey, and helps make sure every detail is handled with care.
Melissa also plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the RM Wedding Consulting network. She works closely with our vendor partners to ensure they consistently uphold the high standards of professionalism, communication, reliability, and client experience that RMWC is known for. We believe trust isn't earned once, it's earned with every couple, every wedding, and every interaction.
Most importantly, Melissa is passionate about making couples feel supported. She understands that planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and she believes every couple deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and a team that's genuinely invested in their success.

If you choose to work with one of the professionals we recommend, the vendor (not the client) simply pays RM Wedding Consulting a referral and marketing fee after the wedding takes place. This allows our consultations, guidance, and planning support to remain completely free for couples.
Our goal has never been to become a “pay-to-play” platform. We are extremely selective about the professionals we recommend and only align ourselves with vendors we genuinely trust to deliver an exceptional experience.
